And I think it's about finding a happy medium of having that interaction, having that connection, having that fulfillment, experiencing that joy, experiencing that support. I think a lot of people actually live pretty lonely lives, and they don't even realize it because they feel like everyone's doing the same thing. It's normal for everyone, right? Like, nobody has real friends anymore. Not a lot of people are really close to their families anymore. That's what people think

And I in my own family, when I got older, didn't experience it. Still though, I tried to give it as an empath. Then I find myself in relationship after relationship where I am seeking that thing that I was calling love. That crazy passion that always, always burns out. And I just made room. So every single word was for me and I don't know how many others, but definitely for me. And I appreciate you. Thank you very much. Bye

You. Hi, Renee. So glad that you resonated with this on so many levels. I can tell you that I once was in that same energy, right, where we just give and give and give, and we expect that the more that we give, the more that we'll receive, but it actually does the opposite, and then we just end up completely depleted and just not in a good space. Right
