Even if you did one thing a day, like treat yourself to some little suite that you really enjoy and take a hot bath and spend ten minutes of meditation one day, whatever it is that you do, you for sure are worthy of having your cup filled and overflowing all the time so that you don't have to feel depleted. It's amazing that you take such amazing care of your kiddos. They're very blessed and lucky to have you as part of their life

So this is always spot on. I could feel this happening. So today I made sure to reground. I leanne all negative energy from myself, from anything that does not serve me to my highest and best good. I played with my inner child and et accepted some compliments. So you are always so spot on with your stuff. I feel like in my spiritual work, having forgiven who I need to forgive because of things that I stumbled across in my spirituality, I thought that I was good on that and that it's okay that I don't cry just because I don't like how it makes me feel. Like, I don't like how I feel when I cry, like, the way that my body reacts. I don't like the lump in the throat. I don't like the chest getting tight
