Waiting tables

But I understand because of the touch touch system with the COVID that it was very important that we didn't go to work. What are your thoughts about the service industry and if it affected your life's? Like to hear from you. Thanks, guys. I'm using my Vegas name, which is Orchid

I'm just really curious about how safe you feel as an activist or as a dice local person to talk about this issue with the people that run the establishments that you work for

The impact that they have had in my life, like people working in the service industry, I will say my sister told me that whenever she's having a bad day, she'll go to Trader Joe's and just start a conversation with the person bagging her groceries, because she can always count on them to be very warm and open and willing to engage with another human. And I feel like we all have those places in our hearts where we know we can go and we'll feel like home

So I always call it like it's food science or food psychology, because you want to know and you want to give them the best. You want to give them quality service, and you're almost like an entertainment while they come out and enjoy their night. But everything's good here. I'm good because I only work four days a week, so I keep it at that because five days is overwhelming

Hi, orchid. Thanks for starting this conversation. Yes, it is essential. So my my mom has been a waitress since I was born, and luckily, the restaurant that she was working at, they already were getting ready to close before the pandemic, so she kind of had a heads up. But, yeah, I can't imagine not having any heads up for this, because I know where she works. A lot of it is making money from the tips
