Well, there is a strong connection between your body and your mind. So mental health also includes our psychological or our social and our emotional well being. Hi. I absolutely agree with you that mental health is indeed really important, as important as physical health. And I think today people are still understanding this to an extent. Today, owing to all the conversations that have been generated around it, people are more aware that they need to take care of their mental health as much as they need to take care of the physical health, because Psychia rightly pointed out that both are interconnected and one cannot be neglected

Like, we are having so much struggle in arranging all our works and sometimes we are so stressed that we don't even think of doing anything, we just need to sleep. So it's really important and we definitely have to keep in mind about the mental fitness as well as the physical fitness. Like physical fitness basically shapes the mental fitness. Both are really dependent on each other
