You need to even out your hard work with time to relax.
Today I started off my day with a super long and hard six hour gymnastics practice. And then after that, I realized I really needed to relax and actually recover. So I laid down watch some TV and took, like a three or four hour nap. And my question is, what did you all do to relax today
Actually, what I do to relax is I like, read or take a nap or take a bath or watch some of my favorite TV
