Deeper sleep?

I would love to learn more about this. The description you just gave me reminded me that it might be helpful also for settling into a deeper sleep. And I'm wondering if you think that there's a connection between what you said it conjures up and what it might be for someone who is wanting to have a deeper sleep

Great Question @DBPardes

Greetings, Deborah. Thanks for hopping on this and asking your question. Yes, I would agree that it can be used to go for deeper sleep. And there's various reasons why someone would want to go deeper into their sleep. One of them is we have theories of dream therapy in which people with high anxiety is harder for them to relax or sink into deeper levels of the dream world
