I am having a really hard time answering this question because I think I prefer a mix of both depending on my mood, and I think I go through phases of only reading nonfiction and then other phases of only only reading fiction, and I think it depends on my mental health. When I have a really healthy mental health, when I'm feeling really good, I have a tendency to gravitate more towards nonfiction as means to almost ground me with the truth
