There are various ways to keep oneself healthy. A person needs a balanced diet which have carbohydrates, fats, proteins, minerals, roughage vitamins. Regular exercise is needed. Either you go for the gym or do cycling or any kind of exercise. Proper amount of sleep and proper amount of water intake is must. Good hygiene habits etc. Health is very important and it should be maintained well

I just love eating that food. So healthy food and healthy food that makes a person healthy. So that's what health means to me. And yeah, exercising. Of course, exercising is an important term in health as well. But I don't exercise. So that is what it is. But you still was great and it was actually very productive. So thank you for posting it
