OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder)

article image placeholderUploaded by @Arman
So OCD is consist of obsession and compulsion means two types of symptoms. Many people living with OCD experience both obsession and compulsions. But some people only experience one or the other. Obsession or compulsion might affect your ability to pay attention at school or any other task at work. They could even keep you going from school or work or anywhere else. So obsessions are just some unwanted and intrusive thoughts that keep coming back no matter how hard you try to ignore or suppress them

Hey, Arman. That was actually very informative. I didn't know that. You know, there were two paths for it, obsessive and compulsive. And as you said, that either a person may be obsessed obsessed with something or compulsive or compulsively following something. I actually quite fully understand because you said that when you're obsessed with something, then compulsion is nothing but your reaction to that obsession. So isn't that a package deal?

Thanks for that live. So about the question. I already said in the previous world that obsession most of the time obsession can be negative thoughts like this thing can go wrong, I do this etc. So option is just negative thoughts most of the time in comparison is the best action towards that option. Thank you
