Hey, this is a great question. I think there are definitely situations where your skills don't have to correlate with a degree and you don't need a degree to be able to perform the skilled work that needs to be done or what you want to go into. But that being said, I am enrolled in a higher education institution

As an engineering student studying in a top College of India, I can totally say that the skills are the most important and degree. The reason is that no private company will hire you don't have any skill no matter how Manav degrees you will have. Because State does not care about your degree. They care about whether you can do the work for them or the work given to you. All they want is someone who can do the work assigned to them

Hello Alex, thanks for a reply. As I already said, degree is just a piece of document. Still it can't show that a person has a skill. As you give the example of social media manager with a ten year experience and the is just a pressure. In that case, the person with ten years experience has skills plus experience plus if any degree he has to show the recruiter. Whereas the pressure has just degree. With no skill plus no experience, he has just mere understanding
