Skill vs Degree

article image placeholderUploaded by @Arman
And I support the skilled culture more than the degree culture because it gives opportunity to those who have not just skills but no degree. So that's all. Let me know your own thoughts on which culture is best skill or a degree based. Thank you and thanks for listening

So, Arman, thank you for sharing. I'd just like to quickly add it's not just about skill and degree. You've got this whole thing a little jumbled up. See, it's basically about competency. Now understand what is competing tendency. It's a combination of three things. That is knowledge, skill and attitude. So these three things make up competency. Now, it's a huge topic. It's a very lengthy topic, but I just like to quickly add knowledge

So learning new skills will also help in your professional life also. So it helps you to achieve your goals, give confidence and gives you motivation for Viking too. So your skill is much more important in today's era and the upcoming generation is all digital based so our skill is very important for that time also. So really nice. Well and thank you. Bye

Hi Arman, your topic is really very close. Many of people are confused between degree and skill. You know what? Why? Because the time is the degree was important. Degree is the best. But no one is talking about skills. But many big companies are higher their employees on the basis of their skills and smarter and hard work. Not for the degree. Wrong. Okay. But your topic is really nice

Hi Arman Your sale is very insightful basically if I say about me I am mainly influenced by the skill culture not the degree one. I know some degree is important but I prefer skill the most

Hey, this is a great question. I think there are definitely situations where your skills don't have to correlate with a degree and you don't need a degree to be able to perform the skilled work that needs to be done or what you want to go into. But that being said, I am enrolled in a higher education institution

As an engineering student studying in a top College of India, I can totally say that the skills are the most important and degree. The reason is that no private company will hire you don't have any skill no matter how Manav degrees you will have. Because State does not care about your degree. They care about whether you can do the work for them or the work given to you. All they want is someone who can do the work assigned to them

Hi, Arman. I just wanted to do a little reply to you as I'm new to Seoul, so bear with yeah. So it's really interesting. Skill versus a degree. I hold a lot of degrees. Degrees. And I'd like to feel like I hold a lot of skills. But ultimately a degree is just ultimately a written piece of paper that shows that you do have those skills, that they have passed you on

Hello Alex, thanks for a reply. As I already said, degree is just a piece of document. Still it can't show that a person has a skill. As you give the example of social media manager with a ten year experience and the is just a pressure. In that case, the person with ten years experience has skills plus experience plus if any degree he has to show the recruiter. Whereas the pressure has just degree. With no skill plus no experience, he has just mere understanding

Hello, Manav. Thanks for your time. Yes, the skill culture is spreading in India at very high speeds. And many institutions started that hiring people on the basis of skills. Now, before they that the people always judge someone on the basic degree. But now the skill is more powerful than a degree. And the government has also took action to increase the skill culture in India. And about that, I think you told that the companies are starting the project that will now pay later service
