What are your working definitions for heaven and hell?

In both cases, you have lots of work on your plate. You have to do it. But if the work is well defined, you can just kind of knock it off. You know exactly what to do, and you feel good about feeling productive, making progress. But if the work is ill defined, you really don't know what does it mean to get done or what ambiguities and things you have to really figure out

repetition vs movement and change

It's so interesting to look at the title of this swell, because I thought it was more of a generic question about our concepts of heaven and h***. But you're tying this into sort of our identification of our kind of daily almost meaning what's our meaning? And I think it ties beautifully into heaven and h*** in a way, because I think it's all one thing

Just like the attachment piece of always. It could be like snacking, it could be really anything that I'm attached to gratification from like another person physical, emotional like just having these desires and wants and just like going through that vicious cycle of like always wanting more. I think that's what I would call a health state

If in the middle of your work, you can just sit back, relax for a bit, look up or look at yourself in the mirror and smile. If you have that smile on your face, you're in heaven and h***. Well, that is when probably you're looking forward to being in heaven. That is h***. Cheers mate. Bye

Hey Vikas, thanks for your response. I like your discussion of heaven while working. If you have a smile on your face when you're middle of work then you Ave in heaven. I think that's a good way of looking at it
