If you are not fit, neither you can work hard, neither you can party hard. So my advice would be for everyone to do some kind of physical activity daily and it's not actually daily, I mean they should mix it with their day to day schedule in multiple times even if it is a volume two, three minutes, five minutes it helps drastically increasing their fitness and productivity overall

@MahendraPratap What’s your advice for varying fitness routine as you get older

Do you recommend to adjust the routine in terms of exercise or fitness for people who are more in our kind of age group compared to kids who are fresh out of college? Right. What adjustments have you made in your own fitness routine over the years and that you recommend people like us who are closer to on the older side of the spectrum, they should do to stay fit? So when we are young, we can do a workout for 4 hours, 5 hours and next day we could be as good as new. So two very important things one is like right kind of food, so eat less, eat healthy food. Healthy food can be of the variety of the there could be a variety of the options for the healthy food

Hi Harish, that's extremely tough question and answer. None of the answer can be complete but let me give few of the things which I do. So one of the things is like flaxseed. You can roast it or you can grind it and mix it in curb and eat it maximum one spoon of flaxseed in a day. A person should eat more than that becomes it becomes overkill another superfood I would advise if it is essential, is it's CCM seed?

Your advice and tips are very useful, and they resonated very much with me as well, because I do some of the things that you have mentioned and have found them to be effective. For example, intermittent fasting is something I have used in order to lose weight, and I found it to be very helpful in general to reduce your caloric intake every day. Right. If you can reduce that, generally good things happen
