We never I've never seen boys do certain things right, but that's a way what are the some of the things that really struck me which I stood out with my daughters in particular, right? Or girls in general. And they're empathy, they're so empathetic, they're so thoughtful. And even if they look very soft from outside, they have a very, very steely interior and they are so determined and they are as tough as you can find
Hi, Rajesh. It was really interesting listening to your experiences and things that you have learnt from your daughters. It makes a lot of sense and I really like the part where you are talking about bringing about a more empathetic workplace based on what you have learned from your daughters. I think that really is something that a lot of us should try to do and create in terms of stuff startups, especially, where people tend to get so busy

And that's the kind of culture and workplace is we have created in our businesses. And we are striving to make it even better. The better the workplace, the more assured the team is, the more success we can deliver for our customers
As a followup, that's the last question from me is how based on kind of what you learned, how you interacted with your daughters, and what that has taught you about creating this better workplace, has it also impacted your hiring practice from an HR perspective? Do you give more emphasis on hiring women in your workplace, in your startups? Thank you

Good question, Arish. See, from a hiring perspective, I don't think we have made any it has been any difference in the way we have hired. We hire people and we have never really focused on kind of genderbased hiring or whatever. And the focus is more on getting people with the right talent and more importantly the right attitude into our teams, people who can work in a fast moving environment and then things like that
