It took a lot longer. It was a lot rougher. It was colder, and it was just different than the first two times. But nevertheless, Matanuska Glacier, if you ever make it to Alaska, is just definitely a place that has it has to be one of the highlights because it's so amazing. And even the drive going up, there is so many scenic points. It's just great
What an incredible glacier hike story. I can't say I've ever heard one. So thanks for kind of bringing that insight from out there on the tundra. That's pretty cool that it's constantly moving. My experience with glaciers are limited to my visits to Yosemite Valley, where the whole valley is pretty much carved smooth by an old ancient glacier, and so you get some pretty cool formations
