So when you choose to use gratitude as a foundation to ground yourself and to bring yourself back to where you want to be, to a more stable, calmer, and peaceful state of mind every single day at every given opportunity, then begin with having thoughts of gratitude. Then use the words of being grateful. And then demonstrate care gratitude in your actions. That is when you will be able to benefit and understand the true essence of being grateful

Write down at least two to three things that you are grateful for today. And as you do deeply, intently, feel the feeling of being grateful. Let every part of your body believe and accept this gratefulness. Lots of love. Stay blessed. Stay grateful
