The way you calm with your swell is really inspiring and appreciating and making gratitude a way of life involves cultivating a mindset of appreciation and actively expressing gratitude in various aspects of our lives. It may be the mindfulness attitude by keeping a journal and gratitude reaches act of kindness and everything like over time it becomes a natural and enriching part of our daily life
