For example, instead of saying I am grateful that I don't have this sickness, now change it to I am grateful to be healthy and to be in great health. Number three try and set a fixed time to write your gratitude list daily. I tend to do it at bedtime. You find out what's the best time that works for you. Number four choose your favorite place in the house to do this. A place where you have least distractions
