I really appreciate your effort, like how beautifully you first try to meditate us and then teach us beautiful and inspiring concepts and teachings. Gratitude. So talking about this, it's really a transformative that has the power to profoundly impact our lives, and it really also profound impact on our overall well being. So me gratitude became an integral part of our being, thoughts, actions, with the world around us
