I had a good day today

Okay. This is like, probably kind of cheesy, but like, I had a good day today, but it was like a really mundane day, like it wasn't special. Like I woke up at, like, 1030 or so through this, like, app. I just I think it's called tide, and it basically tries to estimate my sleep cycle, so it tries to set, like, let's say I set the alarm for like, ten or like, 1030

This is probably cringey but it’s ok

I'm glad you had a good day. That's really nice. I feel like a lot of people just kind of forget and to sit, including me to sit and reflect on our day and ask ourselves, do we I-I-I-I-I-I-I had a good day today. Think it's good that that you've taken this time to reflect on it. And it doesn't have to be, like, the most exciting day to be good as long as you're happy, right. I think that's what matters

What I've been doing is I wake up and then I do like my swells in other morning is like part of my morning routine now, which isn't that great because it's on my phone. But yeah, and then after I shut down my phone unless I need it for work or something. And yeah, it really helps my state of mind. I completely relate to what you said. I don't have Instagram on my phone

But, yeah, just taking care of your body. Like you said, it does pay off in the end. I neglect that a lot like body. What's it called the mind and body connection. I think Adrian from yoga with Adrian was talking about that. I think I should do her 30 day journey things. Those look so cool. And did you finish it? Did you really like it?
