And I have a plan about talking about mental health on a very different level. Not only giving some affirmations, but also talking about various issues or various stigmas that we all go through in our daily life. I think that is very important for each one of us, right? But the problem is we don't talk about it. We feel that what will people think about us and what if people judge me if I talk about that?

Hi Apeksha. First of all, welcome on Swell. My name is Aishani and I'm a part of the Swell team. I absolutely agree with what you said, that the talk around mental health is so important even though today people are initiating such dialogues. But still, I don't think it's ever enough, because a lot of people, even today, feel shy about talking about their mental health, or they shy away from sharing their mental health struggles

Health = physical+mental

If we are not feeling mentally healthy? What should we do? We should obviously visit a doctor, but that's not how the scenario is. People are ashamed of themselves, of talking about their mental health, of talking about their anxieties, about any kind of mental disorder. But such initiatives can change their thinking. So I would request everyone you, your surroundings, your relatives, your friends, tell them to share their problem
