Verity- An ending impossible to believe

Then she finds a very shocking truth in which Verity discloses that she killed her own daughter. Jeremy thought of as an accident that happened with his daughter. But it was not an accident. Verity killed her daughter as Verity thought that her daughter tried to kill the other twin. After reading this, loan is completely shocked. And then she sees that Verity is staring at her

I also read this book, like, past two months ago, but I didn't land on your podcast so far. So when I just heard The Verity, I literally come here to discuss this. Yes, I want to cry. Like, what kind of ending it was. It shouldn't be ending like this
