It's in your control. Consume three to four liters of water, which will aid in metabolism, exercise regularly, and just don't exercise for the heck of exercising like a headless chicken. Do something that you like to do. It could be walking, dancing, martial arts, lifting weights. And the fourth important pillar is a sound sleep. If you have these four pillars, trust me, you are fit enough. Besides that, one more thing I'd like to conclude. You are amazing

Like sleeping pattern is very important in any kind of fitness or health that is there of course. So that is I think you can say key like Joe Drawback here regarding my health or my thinking process that I'm not taking proper sleep maybe because I'm watching some series or anything like I'm just doing time pass till late night. Not sleeping on the time and of course then water intake is not that much. That has to be but definitely from today onwards I will follow it
