Last week, my coach invited me to Life Ball and for those who don't know what Life ball is, I would like to explain the rules briefly to you. Life Ball is a fastpaced, double scale team where five to eight people, ideally at the same level, can play on a court. Rules of live ball are pretty simple. There are always four players on the court at one time, two on the champion side and two on the challenger side to displace the Champions

They sound so exhausting and wonderful. I never heard of this. So I just did a Google on it and here's a link to what I just read and I love how it really focuses on your stroke and it makes you just show up in a really big way.
