Best thing I did to me: A break

article image placeholderUploaded by @anittz
Well, at that time, what happened? Actually, I could clear my mind of many things. I got more connected to myself until that time. The connections I had with my friends, other were really intense, and I barely had time to spend with myself. So when I took a break, I started to observe myself. I started to see myself through a different perspective. And that brought me changes in me

Hey. Hi, Annettes. It's really a good thing what you did, actually, I too, did this, but for a some short period, but not for this long two months of gap. But I will try this. It's good to hear what is the transmission you had. So I had this for short times. But I will try for more long times, too. Thank you. Thank you for the post. Bye

And when I took a break from social media, I wasn't craving it all day or trying to itching my hands to scroll through it. But what I was missing was that support. Because once I'm in lockdown, I'm missing my friends. I'm missing my hostel's life and with family. Well, you cannot always expect your family to support you as freely as your friends do, right. So that's what I was missing about social media

Hi Srimati, it's good to hear that you also take breaks from the social media and I just wanted to tell you that the two months was actually unexpected. I didn't think I will be off for so long because I don't know needed some time to space out. So it unexpectedly went so long. So what I want to share is that when you take a break, it must always depend upon you. You have to to decide how much long it should stay
