Fellow ACNH-ers, do you play Stardew Valley?
And if so, do you play it on the switch or the PC? Do you like it better than Animal Crossing? Or do you like Animal Crossing better? Let me know your thoughts on this because I think the games are relatively similar

If you have one, your dream address and then two. Have you ever played New Leaf? Because if you did, how do you feel like it compares to New Horizons
I'm going to try to loop my brother in here because I know he's a big Stardust Valley fan, but as a side note, I wanted to ask you what you thought of Nintendo Direct. I'm assuming or rather, I assume that I know how you feel. But I would love to hear what your thoughts were after the announcements, yesterday

I actually didn't get into Animal Crossing until about the summer of last year, so I actually didn't play Newly, which makes me really sad, but one of my friends is selling her three DS, and I'm thinking of buying it just so that I can play New Leave because I would love to travel back in time and experience it because I know that a lot of the characters that are in New Leaf that aren't in New Horizons I would really enjoy having and experiencing, but I'll go ahead and link my Twitch here, and if I do have enough characters left, I will link my dream addresses as well
We have to wait so long to hear anything about Breath of the wild, too. So that makes me sad. But in terms of ammo crossing, I am excited about the mushroom items, and I'm excited about the two teleportation thing that you can go from one end of the island to the other, but everything else. I just don't think that I'll have use for it

You should definitely get the three DS if you're able to because New Leaf is completely different versus New Horizons. If you know any people who love New Leaf, I love Animal Crossing in general, the previous version versions of the game or better. You're more interactive with your villagers. The way you fish is different. I mean, it's essentially the same, but the way you go about fishing tournaments, it reads different
Like how you bring up kind of the monetary value within the game because it is really limiting. Like if you don't have a lot of milk Miles tickets, then you can't play the game in the popular way to play it or whatever bullshit you want to say. But it's like our world is already so based on socioeconomic status, it kind of sucks that it's integrated. That kind of aspect has integrated itself into the game

And for that, I'm grateful. Even with the turn up exchange and how it kind of plays like stocks. Some people feel like that's capitalistic. To a degree. I feel like it's a way to learn on a very basic level. And for me, I just kind of enjoy the fact that I've made so many connections through Animal Crossing that initially started from a video game that now we're doing actual projects and just working creatively in the realm outside of Animal Crossing
