And we also wrote about, I think we also did a collaboration where she took me through what ghost writing actually is. And for the Writing and beyond series, we are so happy to help you understand how the publishing industry works in India, how to go about your writing, how you pitch to publishers

We begin a conversation about knowing each other, our work, writing, editing, and publishing. #writingandbeyondseries #writing @Binati_Sheth

Hey Anisha, I'm really excited to hear about your writing content that you and Binati share, so I would love to tell you that, but I also like writing but I have a very narrow kind of perspective because I really don't know how to write stories. I have no idea what stories will give me to write story and I can't write it really an amazing story. I cannot write it

Hi, Adaa. Thank you so much for applying to this. Vinyty actually does do a lot of these essays and a lot of these where she researches things. And I believe she writes a lot of these information pieces as well. And articles is sometimes she's commissioned to write them, and sometimes I believe she writes them because she just likes exploring new things. She did a piece on Mr. Darcy, I think, and it got a little dark, but it's still one of my favorite pieces

There's so much content diversity out there that if we keep it vague, we're going to stay vague. So yeah, there you go. I'm super excited for the Writing and beyond series. Any questions you have about writing, editing, publishing, even journaling, motivation, writer's block, all of this. Just shoot them my way and I will do my best to address them. A Disclaimer about me is me just like Aniesha very upfront about using the words I don't know

It is something super boring if you look at nonfiction books, the topic in question, but then because of storytelling, because how well it is done, it books people to read more, read more, read more, find out what happened next. And people don't really mind that they are reading the opinion of the writer when you give them a proper angle, proper perspective, proper context, and when you make it interesting with some storytelling

Let's talk a little more about writing and getting writing deals and such. @Binati_Sheth #writingandbeyondseries #writing #publishing

I actually conducted writing workshops with someone because she was looking for a creative writing workshop for her kids. The point of this entire voice, of this entire cast is that you never know when an opportunity might come knocking at your door. You just need to be open to it and you need to be open to the idea that opportunities can come from any place. So I wish you all a good night and again feel free to hit us up with Eddie any of your questions. Thank you. Bye

@aniesha.brahma How I worked for a Fortune 500 company courtesy of Scrabble. #writingandbeyondseries #writing #gethired

So we would play quickly because, see, in Scrabble, what happens is most people take their time with the words they think, right? And they're like, oh, I want to maximize my work placement on to do this, do that. I don't play like that because I play Scrabble to, let's say, check my recall capacity. So I am very quick with my Scrabble. So was my Scrabble partner. And I would always lose to him

Hi An Asha. I hope you're doing good. And I really love this series, like Writing and beyond. I would say for me, writing is something like this, which is really good, which feels really good for me. I'm not a professional writer or anything in that field, but writing is really important for me. It makes me feel positive and would love to hear your Writing and beyond series. Goodbye

How shall one deal with writer's block? @Binati_Sheth @aniesha.brahma

But there's an issue I more often than not come through and that is called the writer's block. So more than not I cannot see where my writing is actually headed towards. I am pretty sure that there are ways to fix it and I have tried my own ways and it really helped

@Devii_official Writer’s Block is such a comprehensive topic. Let’s take it one shot at a time. Tell me what your block feels and looks like, ya?

Every other profession in the world does their job. Writers have to do their job too, right? So that is way number one way. Number 23456. I have so many ways of overcoming it, and I know I sound very preachy, but I've got five minutes. And to explain so many things in one shot will be difficult

Hey Anisha, glad to hear all those different work that you do as a copywriter, SEO copywriter and writer also. So I have to three questions in general. First of all, I'm not into writing but if I start writing so I do face some problems. Which is first you have to think of a title before starting with the story or if you have a brief about your story or anything. So you have to write a title for that

Hello, Aniesha and Binati. So I just love listening here as well. And I also want to know what is ghostwriting because it is the first time I've ever heard this word. So I am just very curious about it as to what is it. And also I would also like to know about editing and all. And I also just love reading books. And I have read 100 plus books by now. I just read romance and fantasy novels because my favorite genres are romance and fantasy

@Anastasia-9 On ghostwriting, editing and writing.

Hello, Divya. So ghostwriting is nothing but you being a ghost on someone else's writing project. What that means is idea, concept, product, service, etc. Belongs to somebody else. Words belong to you, right. So you write the words that execute somebody else's idea. Music as an industry is one of the most popular industry for ghostwriters. Almost every song you see is ghost written, especially in Hollywood where the album says by Beyonce and writers will not have any credit there

So I'm very happy that the series is helping you. And if there's any other specific questions that you have for us, please feel free to shoot a message to us and Binati and I are more than happy to answer them. Thank you. Bye

Answering all questions from @Aakanshagirdhar about titles and copyrights. Inviting @Binati_Sheth to add her thoughts #writingandbeyondseries

So if you're commissioned to write a book, then you don't have any intellectual rights over your work. But if you are host writing for someone, then you have no right over the work. But if it's a book that you've written or it's an article piece that you've written and you do get a byline, then the rights, the creative rights, that is, or the intellectual rights belong with you. It doesn't belong with whoever has published it

@aniesha.brahma on Fair use, copyrights, intellectual property, trademarks and other stuff. Reference: http://surl.li/bvdyg

Secondly, whatever you create, okay, from it, you will retain the intellectual property of everything that you have created. Right. So that is the thing that you do not want to lose no matter what you write a blog, an essay, a book, a slogan, whatever you want to retain intellectual property. Right. A step further to intellectual property is trademarking. Right. Where people trademark terms
