And that's something that is really important to me, because I get so tired of people saying they got a trigger. They triggered, they triggered, they triggered. Like, what? Why would you even want people to have so much control over you? Why would you even want people to even be able to change your mood, change your atmosphere like that, right? And so we have to heal so we don't have to do that

So it's necessary to reflect on the unhealed part of you. Nobody wants to live in the unhealed version of them forever. There has to come a time that you want to heal. You want to heal that little girl, that little girl version in the inside of you. There has to come a time that you want to get past that, because it's going to follow you for the rest of your life if you don't

Hey, SIS. This was a great topic. I do believe the word trigger is overused and misused by a lot of people because I'm a trauma coach and I do work with people who have gone through traumas and also myself haven't gone through it as well. And I will say that triggers are more than just people saying things that set you off or whatever triggers are. The technical term of them are paired associations

If you acknowledge your triggers let that be your motivation to reach out🤗

What can I do to make this better? Sometimes that alone would take the situation or that trigger in a whole nother direction. That's just my experience, and it worked so far. I don't run into people with triggers often. You know, it's like it's not my life
