Of course, right now she's sleeping. So I'm very lucky to do that. And the main things that I do when I'm stressed out that have really helped me as I breathe, because whenever I get stressed out, I get headaches. They're not, like, really painful headaches. You could just tell it's like from stress. So I just breathe and then I go outside and spend time with my dog. And that is just the way that I cope
