If you are a teen, you can still do it and it's not too late. We just won $450 each and there were, I think, 20 people on teen Council and we weren't prepared for that because it's a community service project, so obviously none of us went into it, assuming we would get any money from it. But it's just a great way to motivate students to get things done and do good in the world
