#DebateThis: Astrology

article image placeholderUploaded by @allowthesun
Debate this astrology, is it real? What do you think about it? I was thinking of topics that I wanted to debate and I stumbled upon an article about astrology. It's titled The Truth Behind Astrology. A debate. And the writer prefaces that that they do not believe that astrology is real, but they argue middle of the road anti astrology and pro astrology. And I really liked reading all that they had to say about it. So I was curious what folks on Swell think about astrology

And we know that enough information that we've gleaned and gained from being into astrology as we are that we can know when and how to relate to each other. And that's why I like astrology. And that's one of the main fundamental reasons why I use it, is for relating to each other. Relating to others and getting a better understanding, or at least trying to. And I don't see it as any different than, say, love languages. People like that

What's up, Chelsea? This is awesome. I can say that I believe in astrology and the weight and the coincidences and the similarities and synchronicities that circulate and make it understandable. I don't swear by it necessarily. Like, I don't blame my downfalls of character or mishaps or accidents or behavior on any positioning of any planetary body or astrological cluster of stars, but I do think it's very interesting. And, yeah, there's so much to learn

That alone tells them everything they need to know, and no matter what I say, they will always say yes, that's what a scorpio would say. And it's just like oh, interesting. But anyway, I find it to be a language I just don't understand. I've had some friends who are deep into astrology and knowing about side real astrology and natal chart and all that sort of stuff, and it's like I'm learning a different language that I'm just not interested in

But yeah, the horoscopes, I think they're pretty funny, pretty interesting, and sometimes I'll say I'm a SAGITTARIUS and this is whatever, because I do fit the thing for a SAGITTARIUS. And then sometimes my friend, I'll actually look at his and I'm like, oh, he's Aquarius, which we do work very well together as far as just the way that we communicate, because we're both interested in topics, we're both a little bit goofy

Astrology!!!!!!!

It really is very I would say that it's entertaining. I love looking at horoscopes and I still do this thing on YouTube where I am searching the different, quote unquote gurus who are obsessed with astrology and looking at their videos and what they have to say about relationships and romance and compatibility. To me, it's very entertaining. I'm and I'm a Gemini. That's what my son is in Gemini

They have never looked at a birth chart and tried to interpret it. So we're not even coming from the same realm of understanding. And especially as an intuitive person that has access to a lot of my extrasensory or psychic, as they say, gifts, I understand that the messages that I pick up, the intuitive messages I pick up, even if I'm using Tarot cards or oracle, I'm still picking up the frequency that these planetary movements are emitting
