What Entertainment Represents your Sense of Humor?

article image placeholderUploaded by @allowthesun
Like, if you could just find the perfect TV show, perfect movie, or even a book, anything that just represents what makes you laugh out loud. I'm so curious to hear

Ah, to answer your question, I have no idea. I've spent my entire life trying to figure it out. But I wanted to message and say thank you for sharing this show, because I'm so intrigued. I checked and it's not on any streaming service available in Canada yet, but I'm hoping that it's just a matter of time, as with all things, it seems. And so I just again wanted to say thank you because I'm very intrigued

It's not like I can really relate to Monty Python because I'm not British, but it's just silly. Silly. But my wife doesn't like Monty Python. I went to see Adam Sandler Live last month or two months ago. And you know what? Some of this stuff was really funny, and some of it was just like, this is stupid. Like really kind of stupid stuff. It was a lot of d*** jokes

I think Ellen's stand ups are funny, especially her 2007 Here and now, where she talks about tripping and walking into plate glass windows and just that type of stuff is hysterical to me. I love Sebastian Maniscalco. Very different from the other two, but equally as funny. He has a lot of physical humor. He moves his body around stage. He resonates with me because he just reminds me of things back in the day when we were kids and how different things are now

Hi. I responded to your question about entertainment and I'm not sure if it posted. Am I supposed to tag you for my responses to your questions? Is that how it works in the group question mark?

Hi, Christina. Oh, I'm glad that you're intrigued by this and I hope that you can find it. I actually had a hard time finding it and I realized it was on Amazon, but it's through this. I don't know if it's going to be a new platform freebie. I don't know if it's a part of Amazon. I really had no idea. But I know that I found it free on Amazon Prime

Yes, the British humor. My mom is from England, and I grew up with my grandma who's from there, so I really appreciate the British humor. I don't know if you've seen the show Flea Bag, but I love that one. And AB fab. And yes, I would definitely try to give Jury Duty another chance. The producers of The Office actually produced Jury Duty because The Office and Parks and Rec are my other two favorite shows and really encapsulate my sense of humor

I found myself where find myself being drawn more to watching comedies nowadays because, yeah, there's so much drama out in the world that I'm just like a lot of times I'm like, Nah, when I just want to kind of escape into some comedy. But thank you for responding

Comedy, Improv, TV show, podcast.

You. Hello, Chelsea. It was nice to meet you, and thanks for the reply. On my page, I will say my sense of humor and my podcast that I'm working on, it goes about a show called Curvy Enthusiasm. The main person is Larry David, and he's a clown. And I'm also a silly clown like him

Hey, Chelsea. Great question. I am enjoying Jury Duty right now, although I wouldn't say that really my wavelength of humor. I do enjoy ensemble comedies where people don't change, where everyone has a character type or stereotype and you just run through different plot machinations and each time you're just delighted in how people respond predictably. And you could say this is true of every sitcom from Cheers to Abbott elementary, from Parks and Rec to Community

I love when people are just I don't know, I think that's the best way to call it. It's just stupid humor. It doesn't make sense, but it's hilarious. And I laugh. I laugh. Anyway, thank you so much
