Okay to my swell partners out here. I want to know your thoughts on this every time one of these police issues come up in terms of abuse or brutality. The first thing the Commissioner or the chief says is we're going to implement limit more training. Now, in my view, I don't think training is the issue. I think they've been trained more than enough. And the issue really is an individual issue in terms of mindset and heart. So you can train all you want

And via the silence, they're essentially being complicit with bad behavior. That's another issue I feel is going on. And there's one more that I cannot remember. Let me pause this. Oh yes. The other one, I think, is full blown transparency, which really comes down to the silence issue. And just to be fully honest and transparent about what is going on, how did it happen? But I don't think this is about training at all
