On Repeat: Patterns and cycles

article image placeholderUploaded by @All2beholdyou
Well, FAM, it truly has been a hot minute. If I'm counting, it looked like eight months of hiatus. But it's okay because that is the process. I am in 2023 ever more committed to really the progress of a perfection, just show up, just try eye again and to normalize that. Because truly that is human behavior. We aren't robots. There isn't this wiring in which we can without fail commit ourselves to autopilot

Adding the prompt

And because I love this platform so much. Because that's really how we do it here. Adding the prompt. How are you more aware of your patterns and cycles in 2023? And what is that inspiring you to do?

Hey, Diana, nice to hear your voice back here. And I so appreciate your sharing of ideas to help you move towards growth, but not sort of condemning the idea of patterns as a bad thing inherently. I think things that become our sort of rinse, repeat kind of cycle also could be really beautiful, but they could kind of create maybe some kind of expertise in something. I mean, I'm just trying to expand the idea of what patterns look like
