Poem: Oh Distant Lover

article image placeholderUploaded by @All2beholdyou
He said, My heart, I saw you from a distance, meeting your longing eyes, your will without resistance, innocent like the clearest guy I lent you my rest filled valleys. Your Guardians were my trees to lift your strength in verticality my rocks to secure your need. Joy imbibed her soul with serenity and peace. To see the well trod journey below. Truth be told, she was always loved without fear

This is a beautiful poem, Diana. It reminds me of the chase that everyone has. Seeking to find their own self, their own peace, their own Grace. They look everywhere and then perhaps later they find out that it has been everything they've been looking for. It's been there the entire time. As all pain, as all suffering, as all happiness, as all other. It's a beautiful poem

Hey, Diana. How are you? I just finished listening to your poem. And I am speechless. I mean, your imagery. See, before I knew it, my eyes were closed and I was being transported again. The imagery was enveloping. Your delivery had such a poise and a purpose. I absolutely loved it. Please continue to share. It was an absolute joy to listen to. And absolutely beautiful
