What time do you wake up/go to sleep?

But every day is different but I've been trying to just get a routine going because I've had some problems with my sleep cycle and just my sleep in general I try to get like seven to 8 hours of sleep but depending on if I have a lot of work to do or if it's like a weekend or something I'll get less sleep obviously

Doing that regularly every day will kind of also help kind of kickstart your body into understanding that like, oh, I'm doing this, it's time must mean it's time to go to bed soon. So those are just some of the things that I do to help myself go to sleep. And honestly, if you just get in bed and lay down, close your eyes and you will fall asleep within like ten or 15 minutes. If worse comes to worse, you can always try that

So I definitely have problems with my sleep too. For me on bad nights, you know, I could go to bed at like 203:00 A.m. And then wake up at like eleven or twelve in the morning or afternoon. So pretty bad. But I've been getting a lot better the past couple of weeks and I've been loving it. I just feel like the days are so much longer when I wake up earlier
