Hope Exhausted...

Hope is back where it was before. And honestly speaking, I'm not even really sure why I ever have hope with anything. Now this is going to sound really depressing. I know the next five minutes are probably going to be something where people are going to go away and click off on it. But that's okay too. Today was a decidedly you guys are going to be my therapist. Okay, give me five minutes of your time. I'm going to talk about therapy things

Get ready for a whoooooole lot of negativity in today’s share.

A light in your corner!

We can knit a life that has the ups and downs and the darks and the lights. But that is the life that we live. And also having a vision board where you map onto that vision board, things that, you know delight you. It's a great practice, and I think it's, well is one of the places you go that's delightful. That's great if you find out that you're interested in growing stream beans. Wow

Can definitely relate!

So I don't know if it's the same for you, but for me that's how it is. And the one thing I've come to live by has been that things always change and they'll always get better. And when things are great, they're not going to stay that way. And when things are terrible, they're not going to stay that way. One thing that also that helps me a lot. I've done it many times is just to get out

Not alone in feelings of hopeless

Hey, Russell, this is Natalie, man, I'm so glad you shared what you shared. I tell you, I've had a life of I've had a great kind of life. Up until up until now, I lived life literally grabbing the Bull by the horns. I was very present in every situation. I traveled to many different countries because that's my passion. I had a business that came to me when I emigrated from South Africa to America kind of landed in my lap

😢

But anyway, I'm going to take these last 15 seconds for listening to all my crap and for listening to me cry. And I hope you have a great evening. I'll try to get on here and do another reply tomorrow, but thanks. Goodnight

It was one of my darkest years and through all that, what kept I think what worked and I truly believe this and it is part of my religious beliefs is to do our duty and to give in service, to be of service to others without expecting anything in return

#make it about others # reason for existence

So we go through a lot of highs and lows and we may not really be able to put up our best front all those times and depression is something that most of us have faced. I have faced, too, and I don't think any amount of workers words my saying anything about it is really going to help because you're going to have to brave it and find your own way to cope with it
