Hi, Phil. I wish I saw this yesterday so I could have bought a ticket too, because I doubt places in Santa Barbara were too busy. Because I feel like a lot of people don't really call, students don't really keep up with the lotteries and stuff. At least I'm trying to go to the store. It's like no one's ever were there to buy a lottery ticket. But I just looked up the drawings and of course nobody won
