But they say you have to let go of your ego. What do they mean by that? I think people are sort of on the right track, but really what people are saying when they convey this information to you is that they are really telling you to embrace your shadow, embrace the parts of you that aren't as idealized and things you might struggle with and things you may feel are separate to you and actually are other people's problems
