Hello, Akshita. Did you say Chica lasagna? It would never occur to me to put BBQ chicken in lasagna. But that sounds delicious. My comfort food would be cuisine from Mexico or flavors of Mexico. And the one particular dish that I would eat every day if I could is quesadilla, which is simply melted cheese fried in a tortilla, which is a flatbread. So I know many cuisines around the world have melted cheese and flat bread from cheese paratha to pizza
