And another big thing with me, especially when it comes to mental illness because I have multiple sexual assaults in my past with PTSD. My ADHD, if I don't take my medication, prevents my mind from shutting off and I end up with excruciatingly bad night terrors to the point where I have to take five plus pills a night in order to get some semblance of normalized sleep. And lately I've just been feeling like if I take those, I'm useless

And I guess an add on to that is instead of, you know, what people think Bpd is, which is, you know, multiple people, bipolar disorder, you know, that kind of stuff. I can be three completely different people, sorry, in a span of 5 hours. And right now I feel not like the person I was literally an hour ago
