Kolkata's International Poetry Festival is organized by the International Organization Chair Poachy. Evenings every single year. So it's not very feasible or accessible to reach out to every location at every point of time, each time a certain event comes up. Because there are humongous events altogether happening and which ones are to be separated, separated from what is the real key. So for that per matter, you can upload it online.
