Who defines your love and relationship(s)? | Distorting Perceptions and Social Media

Your love language and your partner's love language might be different from the norms which these posts are setting. So I really think people need to realize that talking about your experiences in love, about your opinions, your point of view is fine. But posting them or putting it up as almost guidelines or the identifying features of a relationship of a healthy relationships. Or this is exactly how a relationship should look like. If two people are in love, I think that's wrong

Love is suppose to be flawed :)

And I have to say on that bit that we can't judge neither as we can judge a person, neither can we judge a relationship because we do not understand how it's supposed to be, how it feels, what comes out of this. So yeah, it's just people defining everything these days and this is how it's supposed to be, how it's not supposed to be

And it takes quite a lot of time to actually unlearn these. And I completely agree with what you said. They're doing these little things with your partner, and whatever you enjoy with your partner is the most important, instead of abiding by those norms and those features, whichever they talk about on the social media platforms. And I'm really glad that you found that person with whom you can feel you're happier with whom you feel blessed. It's very rare

Hey, I loved I love that you chose to speak on this topic and what you said was so right, so true. Like all these social media posts about love and relationships and telling you how to love and telling you how to have a healthy relationship, they are actually misleading to a point because how can someone define love or a relationship for you? It's your personal experience and, you know, it has nothing to do with anyone else
