The IndiGo Incident—What's Your Take On It?

article image placeholderUploaded by @Aishani
So the incident which I'm talking about took place on an Indigo flight which was going from Istanbul to Delhi, where one of the passengers and the cabin crew broke out in a huge brawl and a fight was allegedly over the passenger asking for food. And one of the air hostesses probably refusing to serve food or telling the passenger that the particular food item isn't available. It's really not clear

My opinion, according to this issue, is that that man has obviously in that video, by seeing that video, I seen that the band has obviously talked something rude to that girl. So at that time, she needed to defend it. That's why she that's why she was compelled to talk. So and it's not think that we need to give such a hype. And all it is that she gave voice to herself. That's her

So I did not know about this incident. Thank you for informing us about this incident on this platform. I haven't seen the video yet, so I can't really pick a side, but I think there might have been, like, one of the parties might have been at what something like this happened. So, yeah, I'll be, you know, like, I'll be waiting for you to make maybe a proper video about it

Hello Aishani. Hope you're doing good. And about the incident, first we would like to have a more elaborated conversation video if you want to choose. But I would rather say that why should we choose on whose side we should be? Actually, that was an incident that kept can also be propaganda to viral the Indigo airlines and all just not only to defame it, but to publicity stunt

Hi Aishani. Hope you're doing good. So, about this incident yeah, I've seen the video. But based on a video which too was not showing full story, just the half part. I can't say who's right and who's wrong. Yes, in video, the crew member said because of that passenger, one of the crew member was crying. And because of this thing, it all started

According to me, in this incident we can't judge anyone because we were not there when the incident happened but for if the men have disrespected it's not right because they are working so passionately can have a smooth flight this is my opinion. Thank you

You know, so these these things keeps on happening again and again. We witnessed this during the Chandigar case, right? The Chandigar University case where we thought that the guy was the culprit, but in reality, he was the victim. So these things keeps on happening. So when I first saw the video, I realized that there's some commotion, there's some contradictions that's happening

And usually these are first time flyers who want five star treatment in whatever little money they've paid for their little f*** economy seat. So it seems to be the case that this guy really wanted something, didn't get it, and said some unnecessarily harsh words to her and she's defending herself. And I would not call it a brawl because the other crew members don't seem to be fighting

I don't think violence is the answer for at least this situation. I mean, if they don't have something available on flight, then it's okay. If it's something that's really bothering you, absolutely go ahead and complain. At the end of the flight, you can go ahead and talk to the authorities. You can file a complaint or go onto it. Chand blast them. I mean, people do that

@Paradox_Knight

He may have been too harsh. Flight crew are never that rude to begin with. So if she was shouting or if she was talking in a raised voice, he must have been very rude to her. And people on flights, I've seen it with my own eyes that people can be very people can act very entitled. People can act very apiti, and people talk down to the flight crew as if they are servants. They are not servants. They are professional staff. They are there

And even if the off chance the flight attendant was rude to him, which I don't think would have been true, but in case, if we're going the extreme chand assuming that if she was, even then, I don't think it warrants a response like this. And I'm glad that the rest of the staff chand her back and they tried to stop this behavior

Now, worst case that this guy is a jan, didn't get a jan meal. Even then he could have. I don't know whether these people are allowed to eat sweets or water or whatnot. Otherwise, there's no reason to. That's the worst case. I can imagine that this guy is a giant and there Das no gen wheel on the flight. Now cello. Anyway, that said, another thing is that the airline should not try to sweep this under the carpet

But personally, and the people around me as well, would agree that it's definitely not the airline's fault and it's not the staff's fault for reacting the way they did. Because they don't deserve to be treated like that. Nobody does. And even if they're flight attendants, they're not your servants. Nobody's your servant. Even the person who works for you is not your servant. They are getting paid for a service. That does not mean you own them

And it seems Twitter is supporting the air hostess. She's definitely not a servant. They definitely should be treated like human beings. This nonsense. How can you talk to someone like that? So yeah, watch the video. You'll have some more clarity. I definitely think this man was at fault and not the crew. The crew are trained professionals. They would not have have reacted like this had the man not initiated the root behavior

You know, the more I watch the video and listen to what the guy is saying, at some point he even says, you are a servant of the crew and you're a servant of the passengers and this and that. I think this guy is definitely an a****** and the crew is not at fault. Yeah, my two cent

However with the man was shouting and the lady could not take it on her. And she started giving back in the same way how she was receiving it. So these are things which happens and understanding that customers issue. Chand air hostels issue. But in all these chaos, the passenger has told one thing that you are servant. What I don't like is this point. We must understand that it is their job to give, to serve us. That does. Not mean they are a servant

It's wrong on so many levels and nobody can really do that. If that's what has has happened, then that definitely makes a strong point against the man or the passenger. Basically
