Hey, Johnny, thank you so much for having me. It is unbelievable and it's really nice to be here. So when I talk about my podcast and how I actually started, you know, 2019 was a very interesting year for all of us, right? So even I was also someone who was struggling a lot. I actually started therapy in 2019 and I had a lot of issues earlier, but I found therapy in 2019. I started with that. Then came 20 20

@RizMango

Well, that's quite a story. And yes, as you said, creating content that matters and being a part of what we call today's youth. I think I am someone who has first stand experience of the kind of struggles in both the inner and outer worlds we actually face. So it really matters. It really is significant when someone actually chooses to talk about something like this, because not enough people do talk about this. So yeah, definitely we need more people like you

And another thing is that again, when we just come out, we have been missing or we have completely limited distractions, movement, explorations, and most importantly, human connections. In the last two years, we have all become so silent. So just on to just ourselves for so long, and I've been just creating for human connection. Just to go out and meet new people, just to have fun, to have deep conversations, meaningful time with people. Distractions just sounds here and there

All the things that we couldn't do in the past two years now that we are actually able to do those or at least somewhere close to having somewhere close to getting back our prepandemic life and here's is indeed intimidating as well because we had become kind of comfortable with the silence. But now it's time to kind of break out from the bubble or at least try our best to break out from it and just go at it, go at whatever life is offering us right now

There is this coach of mine who always used to say I'm a runner also. So he says, okay, if you want to run fast, you have to run slow. And I think that approach is very applicable towards your life as well. Because if you want to actually embrace and experience and just live the best life, what do you really have in your hand? You have to take it slow. On the same hand, you have to think of what you can do now

@RizMango

Wow. What you just said is really insightful. And yeah, it makes a lot of sense, especially the point about slowing down, because I think that that's Striker personal chord, because at times it can become really overwhelming. So if someone reminds you that you need to slow down as well, that it's okay to slow down at times, that's really important. So, Rizwan, you mentioned about going to therapy and that's what led you to your podcasts in a way

@Aishani

And that's been a game changer because often at times we don't communicate our feelings, emotions and all of that. So once I started to prioritize to just talk about my feelings and my emotions, that's been really a help, like something that really helped me as well. So these are the things

Hey. So I've been listening to your conversation, and I really like the part where you said that movement and distraction is very important for a healthy life. And it is true because we when we were at home, we used to spend a lot of time sitting on the bed doing nothing and taking everything for granted. Doing everything easily. Like doing online classes. Nothing like the offline classes, isn't it?

We were constantly focused upon not contracting the virus and if we did, on fighting it back and treating ourselves. So that has been our way of life for the past couple of years. But now, as we emerge out of the pandemic, how do you think we can equip ourselves to navigate a complicated post pandemic world, like how to shrug off the fears and everything that has been induced in us because of the pandemic and navigate this new world

@Aishani

And I think we should always be a baby so that we could be someone who's never settling, who's never just thinking life in a pessimistic way, who's always up for new things, who's always up to make mistakes and learn from it. Who's always learning to walk, who is always growing, who always has a mentality to ask questions, the right questions, the wrong questions, the pink, the pale, everything

@RizMango

Right. Being the baby definitely sounds like one of the best ways to go about it without having any inhibitions, without letting too much knowledge of the world buy you from experiences from forging connections. So, yeah, definitely. Thank you so much. Jazzwan. This was an amazing conversation. I had a great time. And thank you so much for taking out time from your busy schedule and agreeing to Grace us with your presence today. So, yeah, thank you so much

Thank you so much for having me. I had a really good time as well. And frankly, you're such a good host, a very insightful person. And the questions you ask are really insightful and meaningful as well. I had a privilege, and I had a chance to actually just think of those things in my life and just reflect and find answers for that as well. So thank you so much. And you have a good time. Take care. Good night. You

Hey, Aishani. Hey, Rizwan. Great. Swell. Really loved it. Enjoyed it a lot. I just wanted to, you know, I was listening to it and I was plugged it in my car and I was driving and listening to your conversation was great. And when when the rain started to pour, I thought it was my calling to just keep doing it or keep listening to it. I really like that entire conversation

Feeling so good listening to the inteeview. Question here @RizMango!

Hi Aishani, I have to begin by complimenting you that you have taken the interview in a very beautiful way. It was so mesmerizing and risky. By the end of the interview, I should say that you have become like a very, very familiar person to me

@Gaurav1106 Gratitude to embrace the now and affirmation to go to next step

I would use the term satisfied there. And on the other hand, there is also this one thing, okay, I have this, I'm happy and what can I do next? On a positive note, right. But most of the time, what happens is often when it comes to the sales growth part, we impose kind of this thought, like in the sense, okay, you have something, be grateful. Just stick to that and just don't complain in something like that

@anneflorentyna Therapy, Career Switch, Being me

I had to face this look or this. I had to experience this vibe of people just questioning my existence, actually. So that's the first thing. So I just then and there dropped it, and I went to therapy without my parents, my roommates, even my roommates, my colleagues, my friends, none of them knowing. The only person who knew that I was going to therapy was my therapist. It was such a bad thing
