Coping mechsnisms for trust issues

article image placeholderUploaded by @afro_vybze
It's probably like every six months that a person that is struggling with a mental health actually sits down and allows us to release that tension and just cry about it. Usually that's how it happens. You just end up having something that triggers you to that last point and you break down crying because you can't hold it together anymore. You can't hold a straight face, you can't smile anymore about what's going on in your life

They lack the ability to give you confidentiality, so you have no one you can trust. But I wanted to say, if you could just respond and give me two examples of what support would look like. When you say the support that you need, what is support? What does it look like for someone in your situation or someone similarly situated? If someone wanted to give support or define support for you, what would it look like or even sound like?

🤣

I was trying to listen to you, but then you're eating this d*** Chinese food. And then you take a picture of the Chinese food. It must have been really good for you to incorporate it. And this topic is about trust issues. So could it be that this food in your relationship with it is what forms trust issues for you to which you have to eat the teriyaki chicken and the teriyaki beef and the carrots to sort of escape? I'm just making some stuff up

Hey. So I really died laughing when I heard your response because I didn't really think nobody was going to listen. But I appreciate all your feedback and your point of that you gave me because it really makes sense and I don't really know what I'm doing yet, but next time I'm probably not going to be eating because I listen to it. I just didn't want to erase with everything else I that. So I just went ahead and posted

A job and a lot of times I have learned that and accepted a lot of times I'm saying these stories in my head and I'm creating all of this drama and story in my head when really there's nothing to be distrustful of. Now in relation to the quote that's something you know you have this internal instinct, internal gut instinct and I know women's intuition or even for a guy you just know something is off

And it's funny because when I ended up telling a lot of people about it, it wasn't nearly as badly received and they actually had some really kind things, a lot of helpful things to say. And no, I didn't actually get a therapist. I ended up being able to handle it myself because of my spiritual connection and my persistence and determination to outline all of that information

Some days you can wake up and it's a really good day, and then some days you wake up and you just feel like a cloud hovering over you or just feel sad for no reason. A lot of times I feel like it's just loneliness that makes you feel that way. So I agree it's good to open up, and I have started doing that
