How to Combat Burnout?

So you have to manage your workload specifically, like share it with your peer group or your senior or whomesoever you think will help you to overcome it because workload will push you towards burnout if not managed properly. And yes, rest is very important. I believe after 30 to 40 minutes of regular working or tasking, you should take at least ten to 15 minutes of date that will help you to recover and give you energy. And when it comes to day to day life, lifestyle is very important
