A messy house and a long to do list can be overwhelming for a lot of people and so can take care of a young child. But I think sometimes having ADHD is like a superpower. There's laundry to be done, dishes, breakfast to be cooked. But it gives me something to do while my child practices walking. And if I was just watching her walk, I wouldn't be focused. I'd be zoning out. So I I like having things to do while she's independently playing
