You know, warning sign is when clients or individuals who are with, you know, with an active addiction ask for professional help and consistently ignore the advice that's a very popular defense mechanism is agreeing just to agree so that we can go back to our regular lives of using. Hey there. I want to thank you for the summary of these five steps of recovery. It's so important for people to follow up and follow through on that journey of recovery. I just curious if you have posted or have or can briefly explain the term dry drunk. I hate the term. I don't think it sounds very nice, but life the behaviors and the patterns that are associated with that, and maybe even information on addiction replacement, not necessarily substances. So, yeah

And the number one solution when you're sober but depressed, angry, lonely, tired is to start going to meetings again or just to be aware of, have I called my small sponsor and am I going to meetings? But yeah, great question, and hope that helps again. Louie out
