I've got this weird kind of neuromuscular thing where my muscles twitch just randomly, like my calf or my thigh or my forearm or my back or something. And my fingers and my feet will cramp. And just out of nowhere, it's just weird that kind of flares up, you know, every once every two or three weeks, it'll just kind of get that way
