Everything Football

Hi, everyone. Hope everyone is safe. So I'm going to be starting these twelve every week. And the purpose of me doing this is so that I can have meaningful discussions with people the topic of football because I think football is a passion of mine. It's more than a hobby. And so what I'm going to do is I'm going to probably after a weekend of games which have happened

@Taylor found your partner in crime 😎

He's a huge football fan, and he's very knowledgeable he's a bit biased because he's the biggest Arsenal fan in the world. I'm kidding, but Taylor is a great person to talk to about football and a lot of stuff in general. So I'm going to be inviting him to this conversation and looking forward, please let us know who's your favorite team and what do you like most about the way they play and talk to us about your players and all of that. Thanks

Hi Karan. Yeah, thanks for your response. More than merit. It's an absolutely fantastic topic and a fantastic. It's just amazing. So I absolutely love it. So looking forward to having a nice conversation with everyone leaving information as well being an Astral fan, I don't know if it boats well, because I'm pretty much a Tahlji fan, so we're probably going to clash on a few topics of discussion considering the fact that Arsenal are in 11th place

@Abhi-gyan- what’s happening at the moment?

Here began. It's great that you support Chelsea. I've always been an admirer of the way they play. I used to support United, but then I became neutral and now I just watched the big games so I don't know if that makes me a true fan, but I definitely love watching the good games that are on. You mentioned that Chelsea is doing well. Isn't Man City on top of the table at the moment? What's been happening in the League

Hi good evening. My name is Karan and yes, I follow football too. Have been a United fan lately. I have tried to act like a neutral fan and support the game than any given particular club. The money pumped into big clubs has really made things difficult to comprehend. I think the game might have won the audience, but fans are getting fewer with time. Yes, I think I could contribute and make the conversation move forward. Premier League is the best deal. No team. Sorry

Hey, thank you for that post. It's funny that you mentioned that the fan following is reduced. If I heard that correctly, I wonder what Abigail and Taylor have to say about this. And I was wondering what your last favorite game was, what was the last big game that you watched? And what happened in the game? And why was it your favorite? Thank you. Bye

I don't want to get into that kind of heartbreaking to see if Frank gets that. But what happens at football and Chelsea are known for that. Yeah, Mancy, don't top of the League deservedly so they've been really good. I mean, Guardiola has got them playing the way they should be playing. It's probably the best form of football you can watch, even though they lost this weekend two leads, which was a shocking loss, I'd say

I've noticed that whenever you go out, there are a lot more football fans, but I may be wrong again, this is just my opinion based on my observation, but it's an interesting time and in response to you when it comes to which game was probably the last it came up at all. Being a Chelsea fan, I'll be a little biased. I'd say the Chelsea Atletico game, where we beat them 20 at home in the Champions League a couple of weeks ago

Hi. Yes, you're right. The fan following is something that that was my personal take on it. I would like to add of a reference point or analogy. When I watch the lower leagues in English football, you find yourself missing it in the Premier League, the passion, the commitment, the exuberance and the willingness to outplay the competitor and sometimes yourself. That's what is missing or sometimes goes missing. And primarily given the inequality of funds among the top and the lowest clubs

And I would say that my love for the sport, I try my best to make sure that my love for Arsenal does not get in other way of me having constructive and solid conversations about athleticism and just the beautiful game in general, because I think that those sort of conversations are incredibly rewarding. My closest football friends outside of my Arsenal group are we have a group text, but it's a Chelsea fan, a city fan. And then my brother and I, who are both Arsenal fans

When will we return to the glorious Prem era?

Maybe around the late 2000s, when United and Chelsea used to absolutely dominate Europe used to dominate. Well, Other didn't dominate Europe quite the way Barcelona did. But the English Premier League was other League to watch. Then it might still be. It might also be the most commercially successfully. But I think a little bit of the magic is lost. Sure, you have City. And last season you have Liverpool playing out of their skin

I'm actually so glad that someone actually thought that this is a great idea to start up. So cast on football because I was just dying for someone to actually stick to reins and maybe just say, well, fine, I'm gonna do this. I thought about it for a couple of times, and I've thought maybe there are not a lot of football fans out in here, so just nobody realized the idea of a swell cast on football and just gave it away

Richer clubs will stay rich and get richer and poorer clubs where you get poorer and poorer. There will be a big golf in class between the old and now you see this whole format actually about the Swiss format for the next item. This whole leak, the Super League that we've been talking about. The talks have been going about the inception of it. So that is going to happen, which means obviously money is taking over the whole monopolies in the hands of the bigger clubs right now

Yeah. I mean, I think that roomy really hit on the main answer here. I think that the League has become less of a spectacle in the way that we remember them full of New Castle, staying up late to watch these games large, in part due to the ownership and the massive amounts of money that are being swung around. And I think that the turning point

Also, I should probably add that I created an open, swell cast to talk about football all the week. It doesn't just have to be the Premier League, so I'll go ahead and put the tag down here and hopefully see you all there

And then if you win again, very tough game. But if you play Saturday Man City FA cup semi finals, we go to the FA Cup Finals, and that itself is another pro. And then if we manage to have a good run in at the end of season, make it to the Champions League. I think that also make it in the Champions League top four

And then from there, I mean, who would have thought the lessons that you become become Champions from almost being delegated the season before? Obviously, Angola Kante was probably essential. Riyadhmara was central, January was essential, but I still feel that the charm is maybe not as much as having the big top four or the initial top four from the olden days. I'm referring to the Liverpool United, Chelsea and Arsenal era, but I still think that the charm is there
